One of Biscaye Consultants' great strengths is in helping organizations realize their full potential in the areas of leadership, communication, and relationships. Human nature, emotions, behavior, and response to change play important roles in the success of any leadership development effort. We are sensitive to these factors. We focus on reducing conflict and enhancing openness, honesty, trust, cooperation, and collaboration in order to increase job satisfaction and productivity.
Facilitated discussion sessions form the basis of our leadership development work within organizations:
- One-on-one sessions
Individual sessions develop trust and a sense of the employee's ideas and conflicts to be resolved in the workplace.
- Group sessions
Facilitated group sessions identify and remove barriers between individuals within and between groups.
For each organization, we develop a plan of facilitated sessions that is dependent on the nature and extent of barriers in the organization and the progress that the groups and individuals demonstrate during the course of our work. Our focused individual and group discussion sessions constitute a "point of use" intervention and facilitation approach, which is different from a workshop or classroom approach.
The results of this work are demonstrable, measurable improvements in communication, leadership, relationships, and ultimately, productivity.
